2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with ta555, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ta555 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Your name, address, and mobile number must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Multiple accounts from the same household member are not permitted.
• Registration using a VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited.
• Ta555 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Ta555 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. ta555 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on suspicious transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is set in accordance with ta555's current policy.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ta555 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and expiry date, which you should read carefully before claiming.

The ta555 bonus system is fully transparent — no hidden conditions. However, any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being voided.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically 10–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.

5 Gaming Rules & Conditions

All games on ta555 are powered by internationally certified technology and an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Each game has its own rules, which you should review before playing.

Ta555 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out incorrectly due to a technical error. In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the data saved on the server shall be considered final.

• All bets must remain within the maximum permitted limits.
• Bets on cricket or football matches cannot be cancelled once the match has started.
• In the event of a technical error in a live game, ta555's decision is final.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by any strategy.

6 Prohibited Activities

Ta555 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

• Using software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing or using abusive behavior toward other members.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ta555's systems.
• Bonus abuse or artificially exploiting bonus offers.
• Spreading false information in ta555's name or participating in fraudulent activities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ta555 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account — particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation. Members may also voluntarily close or temporarily suspend their own account.

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• If you close your account voluntarily, any valid balance will be returned to you.
• Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.
• While self-exclusion is active, ta555 will not allow new accounts to be opened.
• Data from closed accounts may be retained as required by law.
